with every order is a packing slip which shows your order detail, and
serves as our Exchange/Return Form. Please refer to the back of the
packing slip for instructions on how to return or exchange your
item(s). Return your package via Insured Parcel Post (US Mail) or an
equivalent method of your choosing. Please keep your shipper's receipt
until you have received your exchange or refund. If you request a
refund, we will refund using your original payment method. Please
include a contact phone number, email address or fax number in case we
have any questions about your return.

item, please call us Toll-Free, any time, at 1-800-456-0321 to place an
exchange order as a new order. While we will charge your credit card
for the second item, we'll promptly refund the amount of the original
item, upon receipt of your return. Unless the exchange occurred as a
result of our error, we do not refund postage and handling.
