"Too difficult to get over box springs. Not very good fabric. The only difference is that it is so much easier to take off and put back on. You do have to move the mattress to put the "base" between it and the box spring, but you only do that once. The advantage to this is that the ruffle stays in place as opposes to other detachable dust ruffles that merely tuck in. I've been very happy with this purchase.
