"Wife loves the color (rose) for our living room. Have returned two so far because the fringe totally unravels and falls all over. Upon returning to store the sales associate was extremely cold. She said we did not buy the pillows there because our email was not in their data bank. We bought them there but no longer had the receipt. We were told by CC HQ that was not a problem.
