"I wrote a review on a rug I was very dissappointed with and returned. This morning I recieved a call from a representative of Country Curtains saying she was sorry I was so unhappy with the rug. Wish I could remember her name. Country Curtains is lucky to have her on their team. I might not have liked the rug but its nice to see a company that cares about what we think. I should add I have bought other products from Country Curtains which I was happy with."

"I order the solid sand colored 3x5 rug I paid $169.50 for this rug. I was very very dissapointed with the rug. Very thin and the color was awful. Anybody that would pay that much for that rug is crazy. Can't believe Country Curtains could possibly ask that much for this rug Don't think I will ever order anything else from them if this is the quality and the price they ask"
