"I was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call from Customer Service about my complaint. They indicated that a replacement valance would be sent to me. They also indicated a replacement part for the curtain rod was on the way as well. I am impressed that Country Curtains would take the time to make things right. The "Claret" valances look fabulous in my kitchen hung high above the windows like my professional designer suggested!
