Q: Is the back of the curtain white? If so are there any insulated curtains that are not. I am concerned with how they will look outside the window as it will be in a courtyard.

Q: On a curtain , not a drape , how long should the curtain hang past the window sill? I am thinking about the ticking curtain for a bedroom window , would the 54" be too long on a window that from curtain rod to bottom of window sill is 52"?

"These curtains are everything I was hoping for. The fabric is substantial, launders well and the insulation also serves as a lining. I didn't use the rod pockets. Instead, I used rings with clips. I folded the top over to adjust the length. They look great in my dining room."
"The curtains are lovely and well made. They are insulated but not really room darkening as stated but does block out the hot sun. Unfortunately the new insulated glass windows these days have a slight green tinge to them. From across the room unless you walk right up to them they look green. Not my opinion only but guests ask me if the curtains are green. Maybe a pr. of sheers would help?"
"Curtains seems to be well made and of good quality material. HOWEVER, I searched the site for room darkening curtains and they came up as one of the selections, but they are NOT room darkening. When I contacted Cust. service the woman was quite snippy. Is it my fault that they mis-represented them? I don't think so. They were gracious enougj to refund the shipping charge. I will have to provided additonal darkening lining myself. BTW= item still comes up as a search result for room dark."
"I absolutely love the insulated ticking strip rod pocket curtains. I ordered them for my kids play room, which has many windows and they are perfect. The material is very sturdy, in fact it was a bit more stiff than I was expecting, but they look great! They are true to color and look online just like they do in my windows."
