Q: I'd like to use these with some tiers underneath in my kitchen dining area (casual). Can you recommend a tier that would go great with the Natural panels? So hard to match the subtleties of color and texture online. Thanks!

"I purchased these for the nine windows in my sunroom. I also had the same curtains hemmed to 36" for my kitchen window. I'm very pleased with the quality, texture and color of the white linen. I'm now considering these for my dining and living room. "

"I ordered the soft white color. Although it appears white on-line, it is actually a dingy looking light beige. The description and photo is misleading. I am very disappointed that I paid $25 shipping and now just learned that I also have to pay to ship them back. Not the customer service Country Curtains used to afford."

"I ordered these curtains thinking that they were the same as I had purchased in the past from Country Curtains. They were not. I called the contact number provided, and quickly learned that the clerk on the line knew less about the curtains than I did. I was told that the curtain I purchased had replaced the one I was looking for. If this is the case I am extremely disappointed. She did offer to send samples, but clearly had little interest in helping me out. My Issue is with the clerk.."

"I have purchased many items from Country Curtains. Today I tried to order another pair of curtains and have them hemmed. They are 96" and needed them hemmed to 92". I was told that is not possible! I really do not understand how they can be hemmed to other lengths but nothing past a certain length, that just does not make sense. This is very disappointing and terrible customer service. I will be bring my business somewhere else going forward. "

"I requested a special length of 89" and the hemming was very professionally done. I consider these curtains a bargain for the quality and beauty of them."
