"I have purchased many items from Country Curtains. Today I tried to order another pair of curtains and have them hemmed. They are 96" and needed them hemmed to 92". I was told that is not possible! I really do not understand how they can be hemmed to other lengths but nothing past a certain length, that just does not make sense. This is very disappointing and terrible customer service. I will be bring my business somewhere else going forward. "

"I requested a special length of 89" and the hemming was very professionally done. I consider these curtains a bargain for the quality and beauty of them."
"I bought these in natural...they are the softest and look so rich on the windows. They fall so beautiful and have a custom look to them. Did my master bath over and put these on the windows....how great do they look? GREAT! A must for anyone's decor. Going back for another color....love, love, love them!"

"Love these curtains. They look elegant and are truly "wash and wear"; I wash, put in dryer, and hang. No ironing necessary. "
"I purchased 6 pair of 84 inch length, and 2 pair of 63 inch length. The 84 inch pairs were only 83 inches long, and the 63 inch pairs were only 62 inches long. The side hems on the 63 inch pairs were puckered - they improved when I steam-ironed them, but still not quite smooth. One of the 63 inch pairs is a slightly different color than all the other pairs, so I ended up hanging that pair in a different location. Also, the fabric is only 15% linen, 85% polyester."
