"I like everything about the shade with the exception of the cord. It is difficult to grip when raising and lowering. I have other roller shades with chain pulls that are easier to grip."
"I have bought many curtains from Country Curtains and have been happy. This product was an exception. They are structurally flawed. They are crooked on the roller and therefore impossible to get straight. VERY FRUSTRATING! I couldn't use them, and need to return them."

"Wow! Even I, me, yo was able to put up this shade. First time ever, and no real problems once I took the time to read through the directions first. And I like the shade, too"

"The shades arrived promptly and were just as advertised. They were easy to install and solved my problem with bright streetlights at bedtime!"
