Q: Do I NEED to use the center bracket for the 56-102" rod? I plan on using it to hang tiers over an 84" window, so I can't mount that center bracket.

Q: i just bought 2 sets of standard Sheffield brackets and my curtain rods don't work, so I wanted to order just two Sheffield rods since I already purchased the Sheffield brackets. Is there a way to do this without having to rebuy the brackets?

Q: Can you see the adjustable line if the adjustable rod is not expanded (i.e., you use only 56" of the 56"-102" adjustable rod)? I'd like to know where the adjustable rod line is placed on the rod (i.e., left, middle, or right side of the rod).

"Very disappointed. These are not high quality rods. Anchors and screws broke. Some drilled holes weren't symmetrical. Loved the curtains, NOT the rods/hardware."
"so far i'm less than thrilled. nothing really screws in right, one of the posts won't screw all the way into the base, one of the finials only screws halfway into the rod, and one of the 'extendable' posts is stuck inside the nesting post so it won't extend. I was also told these would fit a 1-1/4 inch rod pocket, but it was such a tight fit that the curtain fabric was tearing at the seams. I had to resew the rod pocket on the curtain 1/4" bigger for it to fit properly. "
"I purchased two of these rods in different finishes. There are 12 parts plus screws and anchors for each rod. These rods are nothing but a pain to put up. The base plate covers don't fit. Suppose to pop on. Can't even hammer them on. And yes, the set screw had been removed. I am returning these rods and ordering elsewhere. So disappointed..."

"My husband is very much a perfectionist and can often be very critical, but he praised the five Sheffield rods I ordered. From the excellent packaging, directions, and quality to the inclusion of additional screws in the packaging (yes, they did come in handy and we actually had to use 2), he was thoroughly impressed with them!"

"This rod is a very high quality. I've used two of them - one living room and one in the dining room. They were easy to install and look beautiful. I definitely recommend this rod and the finials."
