Q: Is the center support bracket absolutely necessary for a 70" wide patio door? I would like to use the single panel blackout drapes but the center bracket would interfere with opening and closing the drapes?

Q: Can you explain how many pieces of rod come with the 102"-144" rod? Is it telescoping? If so, how many pieces and what are the lengths of each? Thank you.

Q: I see a bay window connector rod sold separately for these. Does the corner rod adjust or is it stationary? Does it look like one piece when they are all connected in a bay window?

Q: For a longer length (such as the 155" mentioned in these questions) are you suggesting two 102 - 144 lengths for strength? Wouldn't a 102 - 144 and a smaller one work or would the different size rod sections be obvious? I need 150" or so.

Q: 2 questions: 1) I need the 56-102 rod for some VERY heavy curtains. Does this come with a center bracket or can I buy one? 2) I need a rod that is about 150" wide. Can I combine the large 102-144" with a smaller set? And which pieces combine?

Q: I just want a flat end cap (no finial). Is this available or does it come with the rod? From the photo, it looks like an end cap comes with it. Or will it just have a hole at the end if I don't buy a finial?

Q: What is the weight capacity of the rods? I will need the 102"-144" rod. My curtains are heavy and weigh 16 lbs (without rings) so I need to make sure the rods can hold them.

"These are very sturdy and easy to hang with the accompanying hardware. I gave them 4 stars because the plastic piece that allows one pole to slide easily is inside another is really cheap. I have them up using plain end caps for dead hang curtains in two rooms and on a full rod with clip rings in another room. Both styles are very attractive. I am purchasing more for other rooms."

"The picture does not show the black plastic inserts between the connecting rods. It ruins the decorative look of the rod. I went back to the store to ask if they had antique brass inserts. A sales person said, "No, but you could spray paint the black ones". For the price of the rods I don't think I should have to spray paint them. "

"My handyman who hangs drapes for various customers stated that these were a breeze to hang and was impressed that they came with all the parts ( no side trips to hardware store) and thought they are top quality. I love the look and the fact that one can choose a variety of finials for a unique look for different rooms. Did my den in a modern fashion and plan on a more traditional look for the 4 windows in my living room. Thank you CC. "

"This drapery hardware is of the highest quality. I studied interior design and have a deep appreciation for materials that are beautiful and of the highest quality. This hardware is incredibly well made, substantial (strong) and is honestly just beautiful! Try mixing and matching the black rods with the gold finials - lovely combination!"
