"These are very well made rods, and very adjustable. All you have to do for the perfect size is to unscrew or unwind the extension piece. I think the poor ratings are from those who don't know how to adjust the rods."

"I have tried two of these thinking it was ME that just couldn't make this rod stay up! I had a handyman come and try it and he couldn't do it either! I want the old plastic kind that never fell down. Can't find them anywhere!"
"The spring in the rod provides very little tension, so the rod will not stay up. We woke up this morning to find this rod and the lightest of curtains on it both on the floor. Not a good product."

"These hold my curtains well without marring my woodwork."

"This rod holds plain and simple swags between the woodwork on my new windows. No nails, no damage to the new woodwork."
