Q: Are the clips in fixed locations (like a traverse rod with pins in pinched pleats) or do the clips slide the length of the rod like rod pocket panels on clips on a plain rod?

"I ordered this rod for a ceiling mount. When it arrived the fasteners for the rod were designed to screw into the wall. My windor goes all the way to the ceiling. I emailed Country Curtains to see if I could get some ceiling mounts. NO REPLY! So I put a strip of wood along the top of the window to screw the rod fasteners to. This works, but when the drapery is open the fasteners show and are less than attractive! I am not happy with Country Curtains; this product is not ceiling mount as describe"

"Love this rod, the other comments about it coming out of the wall are an installation problem, not the rod. I do have one suggestion, and that is to include two bracket systems, one for top mount and one for wall mount. I don't like to see the back side of the universal bracket when top mounting. including the wand is great."

"We ceiling mounted this rod. Installation was fairly simple, though the screw at one end pulled out of the drywall several times even with the use of a drywall anchor. The clips that hold the drape tend to come out of the track. This could be because the drapery we hung is heavy and the clips are rather light weight. Everything considered, this rod functions fairly well for the application intended. Best used with lighter weight drapery."

"really love this rod. this is the second one that i've ordered. they solve small spaces with a great low profile hanging system"
"We bought this rod to hold blackout drapes for my son's nursery. It works great, allowing the drapes to slide back and forth smoothly;however, it's not built to support such heavy drapes. Shortly after hanging it all on the wall, the brackets (and the anchors) began to pull out of the wall. We've tried a little makeshift support system to fix the issue, otherwise we'll have to patch up the holes and try something of better quality."
