"I have three of these shades in my kitchen and I love them. No cords to get tangled, and they work beautifully. Crisp and clean lines make a nice accent to my kitchen decor."

"Bought these for a family room installation. They went up like a dream with no trouble whatsoever. Easiest installation of window treatments ever in this house. Look great and the perfect size. "
"If you do an outside mount, you WILL see a bit of the mounting clips at the top of the shade, you WILL see the unfinished ends on the roller, you WILL have a hard time leveling the mounting clips, especially if you don't have flat window casings (if the clips aren't level, the shade will be crooked when pulled down), and you WILL have wrinkles that need to be steamed out. "
"I'm really disappointed. My husband installed the brackets in my kitchen window and hung the shade. We stepped back to admire my purchase and saw that the right end of the shade was 1/2 inch lower than the left. I was sure my husband had not leveled the brackets, so he pulled out his level and square and proved to me it wasn't his fault. He was correct. The shade came from the factory with a 1/2 inch incline. If it weren't for the fact I had guests arriving in three hours, I'd demand a refund. As it is, I pinned up one side and I'm sick I spent so much money on this product."
"the shade looks beautiful, however, the hardware is poorly made, hard to click on the bracket with using a plier or some sort of bending . if hardware is good quality, this would be perfect. instruction is poorly written. I brought the outside mount, FYI, screws that come with it is too small"
