  • Using a metal tape measure or a wooden yardstick, measure the width of the window area you would like to cover, typically from bracket to bracket.
  • For proper fullness, order valance widths that are approximately one and a half times to double the width of the window area you would like to cover.
  • For even wider windows, choose extra valance(s).

"I bought four of the Black color for my bay window and am happy with the purchase. Very good quality. They blend in perfectly with the adjoining rooms as I have an open floor plan and add a touch of sophistication. They are pricey but after searching for what I wanted for so long I am pleased to have found them. They will be up for a while so I don't mind paying more for them. I do wish I knew how to sew though. ;)"

"Just finished hanging Stafford scalloped valances on four double windows in my sunroom. I paired them with your thermal cordless roman shades in ivory. They look amazing and the quality is excellent! "
